Our packing team take great care in checking every item before we send it to you, but of course there might be a reason you need to make a return. In order to return an item it must be in the original new condition it was delivered and within 30 days of the date you received it. Please re-package the item in the same way it was sent to you with all original tags and wrapping intact and include the return slip that can be found with your invoice.

We do not refund any additional expedited service you may have chosen, but provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt and in its original condition we will always refund your original basic delivery charges.
Please note the delivery cost to return the item to us is to be paid by the customer. This is unless the item is delivered in error, or it is damaged or defective. We recommend using royal mail small packet service as they provide 2d tracking free of charge.
